Or, possibly, a necessary setting is not proper. I'm guessing if I wanted to start using itunes, I could get this information on the burned cds but I'd prefer to continue to use Windows Media. I'm using Dell Vista with Windows Media 11. Simply put, something is not allowing it to extract information from whatever internet source it's supposed to get it from. I AM connected when I'm ripping.
